Assalam u Alaikum. This is to thank and acknowledge the efforts of Dr. Faisal Murad and his team (Dr. Muneeb & Dr. Faisal Nadeem). My mother was diagnosed with Acute Calculous Cholecystitis. She had been admitted at 7:30 approx and undergone a Laparoscopy surgery on 1st October 2020 at 10:00 am that was done/treated by Dr. Faisal Murad. لِلَّٰهِ ٱلْحَمْدُ my mother is feeling much better now. After ALLAH, all thanks to Dr. Faisal Murad, who is a very humble and very down-to-earth person. Not only he himself but also his associates’ team shares the same quality. Initially, I and my mother were really scared and were concerned when we heard that her gallbladder was full of multiple gallstones and that she needs to be treated and undergo surgery, this was really a concern for us. We had dozens & dozens of doubts and questions related to such treatment. Our concerns were never left unanswered but were explained with patience giving ample time with all the logic and detailed factors that might be involved during the procedure/post-procedure or that may be caused by the symptoms one patient may experience or be suffering from or related to the recovery stage. In every aspect, they were always there to comfort and calm down the restlessness one might be feeling or experiencing as per the diagnosis or to the news to get a surgery done. They also solace at the starting, during surgery, and after operation giving a sigh of relief when Dr. Murad himself came to me and solace that it was a success. I “highly recommend” and appreciate the hard work, accommodating nature, expertise, and professionalism of Dr. Fasial Murad and his team. We were blessed and I thank ALLAH (لِلَّٰهِ ٱلْحَمْدُ) that we came across such human beings that are so dedicated to their profession. However, as far as the Maroof Hospital’s staff and management are concerned, they need to improve their services and strive hard to facilitate and provide proper service to their customers in terms of admission office, staff, and nursing staff. I was not satisfied with Maroof hospital’s staff and management. At admission time, no one was there at the seat in the admission office and we had to wait even in that mind-frame that we were there to get surgery done. Then a peon escorted us straight to the ward. There we waited till 8:30 am I had to go myself to inform the reception that I was there for my mother’s surgery and that no nurse or staff came to prepare my mom for it. I hope you should understand that in such a situation organization’s staff need to facilitate and make things easy for their customers. In order to improve, they need to make a patient or their attendants feel that they are not away from home and are left unattended at their disposal. Morning and night nursing staff was not too efficient but evening shift staff was very efficient and would like to mention names: Ms. Samreen (nursing staff) very humble and sweet, Mr. Fahad & Mr. Asif at ward reception desk were very kind & very helpful. Even the staff boys were very efficient except for the morning shift. I would also like to mention and thank MO’s Dr. Aima Hameed & Dr. Wajiha who consistently were very efficient and accommodating. I see and wish them a very bright future. The rest of the staff and management should strive & work hard on the hospitality and accommodating nature in order to excel. Nonetheless, (خَيْرًا ٱللَّٰهُ جَزَاكَ) a big thank you to Dr. Faisal Murad and the whole doctor’s team. Keep up the good work and stay blessed.
