Treatment
The treatment for gynecological cancer will always depend on its type and severity. It includes surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. Sometimes all three have to be performed in advanced cancer stages.
Hysterectomy, removal of the uterus is considered the best option for patients with uterine, ovarian, and cervical cancer. This surgery is usually performed by a team of specialized cancer surgeons and expert gynecologists.
Chemotherapy is also required to shrink large tumors before the surgery and even later to kill the remaining cancer cells. In collaboration with some of the top gynecologists, surgeons at Curadors have successfully performed several such surgeries over a period of 15 years. Our partnered facility, Maroof International Hospital has state-of-the-art operation theaters equipped with the world’s most advanced equipment to provide the best quality treatment to our patients.
